Ben-a-fit Family Fit Camp
 Ben-a-fit Family Fit Camp is a new family oriented exercise program that helps parents and kids to get in shape together. It is designed for kids 6-12 years of age to team up and workout with one of their parents. It incorporates all aspects of fitness; aerobic and anaerobic in a fun and motivating experience. It is great for boys or girls and parents that are just trying to get more active to get in better shape all the way to athletes trying to improve performance.
Ben-a-fit Family Fit Camp is inexpensive and a great exercise program by itself, or makes a great addition to any other exercise program. Join your child and other families and see how fast you can get in shape together. Now that's "Quality" family time.
 Where is Ben-a-fit Family Fit Camp?
Ben-a-fit Boot Camp is a indoor group exercise program designed for all fitness levels. There is plenty of fun, hard work, encouragement, and friendships. Once you get started, you won't want to miss a week. So come and join us at the

Tuesday evenings, 5:00 pm
Thursday evenings, 4:00 pm
What does Family Fit Camp cost?
It is only $75 for a 6-session Fit Camp card that is good for both parents and children. You will receive professional fitness and nutrition
counseling and tips. With the card, you can come to whatever
classes fit your schedule.
