 As owner of Ben-a-fit Personal Training, Benjamin is a dedicated professional in the fitness industry. He started body building himself at the age of 14 and has never stopped. A fitness enthusiast, Ben continually studies the latest research and techniques in fitness and nutrition.

He is dedicated to "Putting the Personal in Personal Training" working with each clients special needs and desires.

A believer in drug free body building and fitness development, Ben has competed in drug free body building competitions placing near the top. The photos on the left was taken at one of those competitions.

As a high school athlete, Kate was committed to improving her fitness level. She would even show up early for workouts in the off season and organize extra workouts for her team, but Kate desired an even deeper knowledge of the human body to maximize her training efforts.

She decided to develop her passion for fitness with a four-year college education and she received a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2007 with a minor in nutrition.

After college, Kate applied for and was accepted as an intern at the cooper Fitness Center in Dallas, Texas. The Center was founded by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper, the doctor who first coined the term, "Aerobics" in 1968.

Kate is both an ACSM and NCSF certified personal trainer and also holds a certification in Health Promotion from the Cooper Institute.

Kate's education taught her that the big box approach to training, which requires trainers to push costly supplements, isn't helping average people achieve their fitness goals. Ben-a-fit' intimate non-threatening environment is the perfect place for Kate to personalize a training plan just for you.

Her encouraging training style complements a continued passion and knowledge for health. She loves sharing her favorite healthy recipes and giving other simple tips on how to live a longer, healthier life.

Charles was over weight, out of shape, and was just not feeling good about himself. Frustrated with his decline in overall health and vitality, he came to Ben-a-fit Personal Training apprehensive, not knowing what to expect.

Charles Body Building pictureHe began a training program of twice a week, came to the weekly Boot Camp group exercises, followed his nutrition and supplementation plan, and also included cardiovascular workouts. It wasn't long before he began to see results, feel better, and have more energy.

Charles completely transformed his body. He went from a bloated 20% body fat to a chiseled 7%, developed his chest, arms, legs and abs. His speed and agility came back also, now he is in the best shape of his life.

His experience so changed his life he decided to join Ben-a-fit and now is helping others change their lives, like he did, one person at a time.

Charles is high energy, extremely competent, focused, and just fun to train with. If you want to change your health level, Charles will help you get there.
